Okay, when you can reverse grey hair, you can really prove that you have the ability to slow, stop and reverse aging. Extremely fast blood circulation and copper are helpfull in restoring hair collor.

Stuck in shit, boring job for seven months, doing the same shit, day after day, after day, wears me out. I’m 27 and fit and healthy, and can run a long way, but working shitty low paid government bullshit stressful jobs wear people out.

He made it sound so easy to stay young but if you want to maintain your health you do have to sacrifice. Exercise, sleep, nutrition, good water and clean air. I think that I heard J Lalanne a long time ago prescribe this formula for anti-aging. I sure enjoy Dr. Bellonzi’s presentations.

yes, stress is without a doubt your worst enemy. I can tell you from experience – stress makes you feel, look and act old. Stress can also cause symptoms that you would never think comes from a stressful situation.

The only true proof of anything is one’s own experience. We get in our own way when we blindly follow what others tell us is “proven”: i.e. science, religion, medicine, government, corporations etc. etc. etc.
Regardless of the topic, ask questions, have experiences, get your own answers.

Fair enough. My next question is do you have any scientific evidence to support this claim? I would even settle for some strong/interesting anecdotal evidence.

  • JLeeMagnetic:

  • BaileyLush:

Good video BTW! But what’s wrong with aging. If I am old, I want to look rasputian- with the big ass beird and everything.

I’m going to work on a program of yoga, martial arts, juice fasting and some meditation technics…, I’ll see if I can’t get a book from it. Staying 30-40 years younger is a lot of work but I’d like to make it fun.

Here’s the best anti-aging product: daily exercise. It’s hard and most people are looking for an easier out, but it’s a fact. Make sure to get some cardio in there: I would recommend a minimum of three days a week, 12 minutes a day of intense cardio. I do about ninety minutes of cardio a day but it took me 18 years to build up to it. Weight training is important too.

  • JLeeMagnetic:

The best anti-aging product I’ve ever seen is actually Alex Ch’s Magnetic Discovery. The other people are just nonsense.

  • anjali03:

Joleybong, some people get grey hair and or go bald in their twenties. That has nothing to do with what he’s talking about. You want to “look” younger, go to a plastic surgeon, but if you want to feel younger and be healthy and mobile long into your 80’s and 90’s, listen to the video again and pay attention this time!

Don’t worry about these guys, they have no idea what this man was saying. I truly thought this was a great lecture. This man looks healthy! God bless you.
